Western’s New Engineering Building
The Western Engineering building is a 4 storey, 9,367m2 education building in London, Ontario. The building will contain classrooms, student lounges, offices, and a variety of computer and laboratories, and is pursuing LEED Platinum Certification under the 2009 rating system.
OPG Darlington Energy Complex
The new OPG DEC is a 29,750m2 building located in Clarington, ON. The project consists of a large office space (including a cafeteria and auditorium), a mock-up/training facility, and a warehouse. The DEC is the first OPG building to achieve LEED certification.
World On Yonge
The World on Yonge is a diverse mixed-use development that yields over 145,000m2 of office, retail, hotel, and residential condominium space. It includes 6 distinct buildings, with central underground parking and at-grade pedestrian amenities.
St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse
The St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse is a 3 storey, 15,392m2 courthouse and office building. The building contains courtrooms, office space, police services, holding cells, and support space. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification in 2015.
Fanshawe CCPV
The Fanshawe CCPV is a 2 storey, 2,379m2 office and workshop that acts as an international industrial product test center. The building contains various testing spaces and offices, and is pursuing LEED Silver Certification under the 2009 rating system.
Lakefield College School Residence
The Lakefield College School Residence is a 1,330m2 residence facility located on the existing school campus in Lakefield, Ontario. The building contains dorm rooms for students and dons, as well as common and study rooms. It was completed in 2015 and is pursuing LEED Gold.
Maple Leaf Foods Distribution Centre
The new MLF Distribution Centre is a 26,210m2 refrigerated warehouse and office/laboratory located in Guelph, ON. It serves as the primary distribution facility for eastern Canada.
BLACKIRON Markham Data Centre
The new BLACKIRON Data Markham Data Centre is a refurbished 4,985m2 one-storey building that includes office and data centre space. In addition to obtaining LEED Silver certification, it has achieved Uptime Institute’s Tier III classification.
Western University IRB
The Western University Interdisciplinary Research Building is an 8-storey, 11,020m2 building located in London, Ontario. The building contains various laboratory, office, testing facility, and classroom spaces, and is pursuing LEED Gold Certification under the 2009 rating system.
Brampton Fire 211 + Peel Paramedic
The Brampton Fire 211 / Peel Paramedic facility is a one storey, 1,280m2 fire and paramedic station located in Brampton, Ontario. The building is shared by the City of Brampton and the Region of Peel and contains living quarters, apparatus bays, and office space.
505 Talbot Condominiums
The 505 Talbot Condominiums project is a 29 storey, 29,687m2 residential condominium in London, Ontario. The building contains 198 suites, amenity spaces, and ground level retail spaces, and is pursuing LEED Certification under the 2009 rating system.
Georgian College Sadlon Centre
The Sadlon Centre for Health and Wellness is a 15,800m2 building located on Georgian College’s main campus in Barrie. It houses a variety of program space, including dental, massage, esthetics, opticianry, and paramedic training. It accommodates 3,000 students.
Muskoka Education Centre
The Muskoka Education Centre is a one storey, 2,290m2 facility located in Bracebridge, Ontario. The building houses a variety of Trillium Lakelands District School Board staff and contains office, meeting, and training space. The building achieved LEED 2009 Silver certification in 2014.
McMaster University LLC
The McMaster Living and Learning Centre is a 10-storey, 31,600m2 multipurpose building located in Hamilton, Ontario. It includes classrooms, lecture halls, children’s centre, and student residences, and is pursuing LEED Silver Certification under the 2009 rating system.
Brampton Fire Hall 204
It is an existing building undergoing an addition/renovation. The new fire hall will be 1,081m2, containing office spaces, an extended apparatus bay, male and female locker rooms, dormitory space, an exercise room, and auxiliary spaces. The building is pursuing LEED Gold.
InnPower Office
InnPower project is a two storey, 3,900m2 office building located in Innisfil, Ontario. The building contains office, meeting and auxiliary space, as well as shop/warehouse space and a storage garage. The building achieved LEED Certification in 2016.
Data Centre Office Fit-Out
This project involved the fit-out of 934m2 of office space located in a new data centre in southwestern Ontario. The fit-out achieved LEED Gold certification under the Commercial Interiors rating system.
Stouffville Toyota Dealership
The Stouffville Toyota Dealership is a 2,800m2 automotive sales and service centre located in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. In 2011 it became Stouffville’s first LEED certified building and had the highest LEED point total of any Canadian automotive dealership.
Legacy Recreation Centre
The Legacy Centre is a 5,500m2 facility located in Thedford, Ontario that includes a major renovation to an existing arena and a new addition that houses a community hall, library, and daycare. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
University of Guelph Powell Building
The University of Guelph Powell Building is an existing ~1,860m2, 2 storey building. It is undergoing a renovation and ~930m2 addition including a variety of health office spaces, including physiotherapy/massage, sports doctor, chiropractic, nurse rooms, as well as teaching labs.
Vandermeer Toyota Dealership
The Vandermeer Toyota Dealership is a two storey, 2,017m2 facility located in Cobourg, Ontario. The building contains a mixture of service bays, offices, and sales areas. The building achieved LEED 2009 Gold Certification in 2014 becoming the 4th Gold Toyota dealership in Ontario.
Etobicoke Ancillary Services Building
The Etobicoke ASB is a 6 storey, 16,780m2 building located in Toronto, Ontario. It contains medical offices, examination, and commercial space, and is pursuing LEED Silver Certification under the 2009 Core and Shell rating system.
Western University Ontario Hall
The new Western residence is 6 stories and 34,000m2. It houses over 1,000 students and includes a large cafeteria, conference and amenity space, and Western staff offices. The project achieved LEED Silver certification in 2015 and is the largest LEED certified MURB in London.
One Bloor Condominiums
One Bloor is one of Canada’s most anticipated condo developments. The 75-storey development is located at the corner of Bloor and Yonge in the Yorkville neighbourhood and is one of the largest LEED-registered condos in Canada.
Caledon Fire + Peel Paramedic
The Caledon Fire + Peel Paramedic Station is a 2 storey, 1,950m2 facility that will house both the Caledon Fire service and the Peel Region Paramedic satellite facility. It is pursuing LEED Silver Certification under the 2009 rating system.
X2 Condominium
The X2 Condominium is a 49 storey, 47,052m2 multi-unit residential building located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The building contains 560 residential units, and an amenity area on the 9th floor. The building was completed in 2015 and achieved LEED Certification in 2016.
Mendes Toyota Dealership
The Mendes Toyota Dealership is a two storey, 4,530m2 renovation and new build located on an infill site in Ottawa, Ontario. The building contains a mixture of service bays, offices, and sales areas. This dealership became the 5th LEED Gold Toyota dealership in Ontario in 2014.
Chatham-Kent Energy Data Centre
The Chatham Kent Energy Data Centre is a 500m2 single-storey building that contains a data hall, offices, and auxiliary space. In 2010 it became the first publicly announced LEED Gold Certified Data Centre in Canada.
Clear Spirit Condominiums
The Clear Spirit residence is a 40 storey, 27,820m2 condo tower located in the historic Distillery District in Toronto, Ontario. The building contains over 340 units, and includes a variety of amenity space. The building was completed in 2013 and achieved LEED Silver Certification.
Richmond Hill Toyota Dealership
The Richmond Hill Toyota Dealership is a 6,486m2 automotive sales and service centre. The facility contains a mixture of service bays, offices, and sales areas. The building achieved LEED Gold certification in 2016, the 6th Toyota dealership in Ontario to do so.
Gooderham Condominium
The Gooderham Condominium is a 36 storey, 27,472m2 multi-unit residential building located in the Distillery District in Toronto, Ontario. The building contains 358 residential units and a variety of amenity spaces. The building was completed in 2014 and achieved LEED Silver in 2016.
Welland Toyota Dealership
The Welland Toyota Dealership is a two storey, 1,715m2 facility located on an infill site in Welland, Ontario. The building contains a mixture of service bays, offices, and sales areas. The building achieved LEED Gold Certification in 2012.
Nexus Condominium
The Nexus Condominiums are two multi-unit residential buildings located in Markham, Ontario. The buildings have a combined 378 suites and 36,061m2 floor area. A variety of amenity spaces are included, as well as ground floor retail. The project achieved LEED Silver certification in 2016.
Stratford Toyota Dealership
The Stratford Toyota Dealership is a 2,500m2 automotive sales and service centre located in the City of Stratford, Ontario. In 2010, it became Canada’s first LEED Certified Toyota Dealership and the first LEED Gold Automotive Dealership in Canada!
